June was hot and crazy around here. We spent a lot of time outside in the water and at the library where they had air conditioning! We also had a new cousin to play with a some friends having babies so there were lots of new babies to play with.
Caleb's Cheese face
mom STOP taking pictures im playing! We did get these great sail looking things for the deck this summer and it really saved us. Basically the entire deck was covered in the afternoon and it shaded the kitchen so it didn't get to hot.
Caleb found his super hero cape and finally decided that he likes it. Here he was being "larry boy" from veggie tales and running around saving the day
June was also the month that he decided that he needed to really be potty trained. We tried a few times but he wasn't interested. This month however Madi told him he was so big to use diapers and he needed to be a big boy. Well that was all it took and he began to use the potty. Mom quickly learned that with boys you need to strip them down and sit them backwards on the potty or you end up cleaning up the walls, floor, door, etc. of any bathroom they go in...
The girls were having a stick horse rodeo, Caleb wanted to join but couldn't find his horse so he used the next best thing.... the swifter duster...
Playing outside in the sprinklers
little man's identity crisis. part thomas the train, part lighting mcqueen, with a little bit of larry boy mixed in. :)
New cousin Ascher came by for an afternoon. We loved playing with him and snuggling him.
Aunt Crystal also suprised us with a visit. We were lucky to have her for 3 weeks to play and spoil the kiddos
Caleb loved making Ascher smile. He said he was going to be a great big brother!
