HELP!!! our dinner depends on it :-D

So between working 2 jobs and Joe being busy with school there isn't to much time for cooking in our house. We have done the crock pot meals for far to long now and I'm getting sick of it. Does any one have any ideas about meals that are good to make before hand and stick in the freezer? I've heard of people doing this but I don't know where to begin. I want to try to cook on the weekends for the following weeks meals so any suggestions?????

End of February update

Well just to keep all updated here is whats been happening. As you can see i finally figured out how to post pictures :-D so now the blog will get more exciting!!

We are doing well here, Joe is excited to finish school in May and is having really good luck looking for a job. He has had some real promising interviews so we are keeping our fingures crossed right now and I know it will all work out. I lost a bet this weekend and I blame Amanda!! Acutally we all had bets at Columbine on when the baby would come, I said last weekend and no such luck. Luckly I just owe someone lunch so it all works out.

My sisters both announced their engagements this past month(a week apart) and so instead of the planned 1 wedding there will be 2 in August!! Crazy as it sounds it all works out because they really do like doing things together and it will be a great time.

Bailee is doing well and is looking forward to having some more room to run around as soon as we figure out where we are going to end up. She also is going to start going to Puppy daycamp a few days a week because I think she gets a little lonely during the day.

Our First Christmas

These are some pictures of our first Christmas decorations. This was my first real Christmas tree ever and it was really fun to go pick it out and to try to keep it alive. I was able to sucessfully keep it green and living until the end of January when we finally had to say goodbye. Instead of a star on top we had our little Estas Park ornament that we picked up on our honeymoon. ( The top wasn't strong enough to hold much else.)

2008

Well its a new year and while 2007 didn't provide to much to talk about maybe 2008 will be a bit more interesting to write about :-D I am also trying to figure out how to post pictures so that should provide for some more entertainment.

We had a very busy but wonderful holiday with both families. We went snowmobiling for a few days with my family and were able to meet my little sisters boy friend so it was a good time.

Joe is getting ready to go back to school and I am still working the 2 jobs so life is crazy but it is good. :-D
