Madison has become quite the little character as of late. She has an outstanding memory and will constently be found sining or reciting some song or movie that she has seen lately. She also copies just about everything that Joe and I do complete with attitude! She is now in preschool 4 days a week where she is described as smart, sweet and bossy by her teacher. She absolutely LOVES school and I am happy that we were able to find a program that would take her at 2 1/2. We also signed her up for a dance class that starts in a few weeks. We had to get "balleret" and "tap tappy" shoes for this class. Madison was so excited to wear them and dance like the pretty girls on the box that I had to hide the shoes so she won't mess them up before class starts. everytime we see someone dancing on tv or in a movie she is very careful to watch what they do and tries to copy their moves. I think she will really enjoy her classes. She loves her brother and has started tucking him into bed with a hug and kiss every night. In the mornings she goes and 'wakes him up' where he giggles and they play. By the time I go in he has all the toys in the crib and isn't quite sure what is going on. She also has been teaching him to say dada (which he now says) and feeding him puffs and snacks. When he cries she sings him 'baby don't you cry, i'm gonna make a pie with a heart in the middle' everytime he stops crying!
I am also constently amused by the things that she comes up with and sayings...
'oh my what in my heck??'
veggie tales king george is her favorite cd to listen to in the car and she can recite the whole thing
she loves church and can't wait to be a big sunbeam
she also has declared that she is potty trained and hasn't had an accident in about a week

we love to play board games and she is very good at helping mommy and cleaning up all her toys and room.
when someone comes to the door: hello please come in
when they leave: thanks for visiting me, have a good trip (she is soooo polite, it makes me proud to hear her say please and thank you with out proding)
jammers =pajamas

when you give her a kiss you put a heart on her face
books are her favorite thing in the whole world...no matter where she is nursery, a birthday party you will find Madi sitting with a book or looking for someone to read to her.
she has also started to read herself and knows all her letter sounds and can read cat, dog, pig, ant, bird, zoo, and book with out pictures.
